i am looking for the size of the wheels. i know it's 185/70/13 , but must it be 4x100 or 4x114,3? does anyone know?

Your Prelude has got 4 x 100 mm

Up to 8" ET35 schould fit without any changes. I thought you are looking for an original wheel.

8" means 8 Inches wide rim (8J or 8JJ)

That doesn't matter. I looked for 20'' OZ Giotto P2 for my KA9 Legend. The man from the shop only found them in 17'' for my car. But no problem. From original 16'' to the 20'' where no problem. What is your stock dimension? I can look for your real maximum dimension.
